• Payment information: processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to:

• Generate your professional maritime CV, cover letter, and LinkedIn optimization
• Deliver your documents via email and download
• Process your payment through Stripe
• Respond to support requests

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate:

• Stripe — payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant). Stripe Privacy Policy
• Supabase — secure database and file storage (hosted in Asia-Pacific)
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — AI-powered CV content generation. Your data is processed to generate documents and is not used to train AI models.
• CloudConvert — PDF document conversion
• Vercel — website hosting
• Google (Gmail) — email delivery of your documents

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely in Supabase (cloud database). Generated documents (CV, cover letter, LinkedIn optimization) are stored as encrypted files. All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for up to 12 months after your last purchase to allow re-downloads and support requests. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing sharwenmac21@gmail.com. We will delete your data within 30 days of receiving your request.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
